This server requires that you set up your e-mail software to use your virtual domain for everything. Your POP3 and SMTP servers should both be yourdomain.com. If your software doesn't have a POP3 server field, but does have a POP3 account field, like some versions of Eudora, then it should be login@yourdomain.com. Using shell4.tdl.com. mail.tdl.com, or tdl.com will not work.
